Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of paid CalendarPilotAI plans (Pro and Enterprise). 1. Billing and Payment When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed in advance for each billing period. - Monthly plans: Billed every month on the same date as your initial purchase - Annual plans: Billed once per year on the same date as your initial purchase - All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes 2. Auto-Renewal Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page in the dashboard. 3. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: - You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period - No refunds are provided for partial billing periods - At the end of the period, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan - Your data will remain accessible in read-only form for 30 days 4. Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact support within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. 5. Price Changes We may change our subscription prices from time to time. If the price of your plan changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. 6. Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended. You can update your payment method at any time from your Billing page. 7. Upgrades and Downgrades - Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately - Downgrading your plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period - When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period 8. Trial Periods Pro and Enterprise plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to enter payment information to continue. 9. Data Retention If you cancel or downgrade, your calendar data and event history remain accessible on the Free plan within its limits.
