Free Plan The Free plan is completely free of charge. No refunds are applicable since no payment is collected. 2. Pro and Enterprise Plans - Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle only. To request a refund: - Contact support within 30 days of your first payment - Include your account email and invoice number - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method 3. What is Covered - Full refund of first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle - Applies to monthly and annual subscriptions - Applies to upgrades from Pro to Enterprise 4. What is NOT Covered - Refunds after the 30-day window has closed - Refunds for partial billing periods - Refunds for subsequent billing cycles after the first - Refunds for annual plans after the first 30 days - Refunds if terms of service have been violated Cancellation Policy 1. How to Cancel You can cancel your subscription at any time: - Log into your CalendarPilotAI dashboard - Go to Billing - Click "Cancel Subscription" - Follow the cancellation flow 2. Cancellation Timing - Monthly plans: Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge - Annual plans: Cancel before the next annual billing date - Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period 3. What Happens After Cancellation - You retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period - No partial refunds are issued - Your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the period - Your calendar data and events are preserved on the Free plan within its limits - Data exceeding Free plan limits is retained for 30 days, then deleted 4. Reactivation You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the end of your billing period to avoid downgrade. If you reactivate after downgrade, your plan features are restored immediately. 5. Retention Offers During cancellation, we may present retention offers such as switching to annual billing (20% savings) or a temporary discount. These are optional and do not affect your right to cancel.
