We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 30 days for a full refund. The Free tier has no refund since it is completely free.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard. After canceling, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may also present a retention offer to help you stay.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We never sell your data. Enterprise plans include additional security controls like SSO, audit logs, and custom data retention policies.
